5. Whatsapp Chatbot
• Agriplus ("we", "our", or "us") operates a WhatsApp-based chatbot to provide agricultural support and information to farmers.
• When you interact with the Agriplus WhatsApp chatbot, we may collect:
  Phone Number — your WhatsApp number used to identify and respond to you
  Message Content — the questions and messages you send to the chatbot
  Conversation History — prior messages within a session to maintain context
  Device Information — basic metadata provided by the WhatsApp platform
• How we use the information:
  We use your information solely to:
  Respond to your agricultural queries and provide relevant advice
  Improve the accuracy and quality of our chatbot responses
  Maintain conversation context during your session
  Detect and prevent misuse of the service
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:
  Meta Platforms — as required to operate via the WhatsApp Business Platform AI Platforms — your messages are processed by OpenAI/Gemini and other providers to generate responses Legal Requirements — if required by law or government authority
• Data Security - We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data including HTTPS encryption, secure server infrastructure on AWS, and restricted access to conversation data.
• Data Retention - Conversation history is retained in our system and used to improve our system. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us
